Things to know:

• Gratuities are not accepted. Preferred form of payment are cash, check, or Venmo. Credit cards are accepted via Square.

• Insurance is not accepted. I do not bill insurance, I do not provide codes for insurance, I do not provide super bills. All services are paid out of pocket.

• Cancellation Policy: please cancel as soon as possible when feeling ill. If you arrive with exhibiting symptoms, you will be asked to leave and payment will be due. All other cancellations with less than a 48-hr notice are subject to a penalty fee.

• Punctuality matters. Give yourself time to navigate parking, using the restroom if necessary, and allowing time for brief discussion on how to tailor your treatment. Your scheduled appointment time is when your session begins, late arrivals may have a shortened session.

• First time clients: upon booking, you will receive an electronic link to complete the client intake form. This needs to be completed before your appointment. Please plan to arrive 10-minutes before your appointment to allow time to go over intake and discuss how to customize treatment.
